Exception value for the price. Clean and well kept rooms and common areas. Breakfast was good, although earlier serving time would have been more helpful for the full breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff.

I have stayed at other properties of the Four Sisters Inns and look to them for quality lodging. We arrived very early from the airport and were very happy as the gentleman said he would check to see if he could get us in our room early. We were a bit disappointed when he told us to have some coffee and a cookie while we waited and when we went to sit down at a table next to the coffee station we were asked to leave the area as it was for their leasing clients (this property has apartments as well) . The inn clerk was excellent, but the leasing office made us feel extremely unwelcome. They really need to separate the two if you can't sit in certain areas - quite a turnoff on our first day. That said, the inn staff were great. Breakfast, although generous was somewhat disappointing as the bread products were a bit dry and it was a bit strange that the kitchen was open to the dining area as it was a bit distracting to listen to the dishwasher running while we were eating breakfast. I travel to get away from all that. :) ...

Basement level of Apartments available for Hotel room rental. First non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in. Second room bar sink was blocked. Room was otherwise lovely. Spacious, overlooking private patio. Close to Waterfront/Pike Place Market/Shopping/Downtown.

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days and nights at the Inn at Harbor steps in Seattle. Our check-in was so easy. The desk clerk walked my husband and me to our room, showed us all around, and gave us our keys. He told us about the breakfast and the appetizers and wine in the afternoon. The breakfast was good but we thought there were too many starches and carbohydrates. Not enough protein. Loved the granola. We especially enjoyed the afternoon appetizers and meeting the other people that were staying at the hotel. We also enjoyed the turn down of the bed at night with the chocolates. That made our stay extra special. I also enjoyed getting the Seattle paper every morning to learn more about Seattle and the complimentary water. Our stay was very enjoyable at the Inn at Harbor Steps and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that I know that will be traveling to Seattle.

While it was an "apartment-like" setting, the services were great and the staff friendly. The breakfasts were all inclusive of all kinds of diets which was wonderful (such as fresh oatmeal). The location was great for an overall experience of Seattle.

The Inn at Harbor Steps is convenient to the Pike Place Market, the Monorail to the Seattle Center, and the Ferry Terminal. The staff is friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast buffet offered many nice, tasty dishes.
