Nothing - the rooms were non-smoking but still smelled of stale cigarettes.

We were charged a "resort fee" upon arrival, which further added to our annoyance of not being in the town of Jackson.

It should be bulldozed.

The fact that I will never come back.

12 miles from town, not convenient.

Terrible room, old and small with a free standing air conditioner. Facility not maintained, certainly not a 2 star or above. I feel completely scammed by the whole transaction.

It was the best value I could find for one night after flying into Jackson Hole at 9:00 pm.

Flew in quite late; only food option was the bar, which was incredibly noisy.

Good beds.

Hot then cold shower.

OK hotel. Biggest issue was the shower. The shower went from full hot, to full cold at least 10 times during my rather quick shower. Never stayed at an extreme long, but a couple of times the hot was hot enough to hurt. And the cold was shocking. Really. Also, the insulation was rather poor for sound. I was able to hear other guests quite easily. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were fine. Check-out the bears climbing out of all of the posts out front.

The hotel was clean and nice. The location was perfect for us at the ski lodge. There were many fine restaurants to choose from.

The room was on the ground level under a stair case the one window did not provide light and the A/C unit leaked on the floor.

The Jackson Hole Hotel was an excellent hotel located in the Teton Village. The room was very clean, nice and the bed very comfortable. Many restaurants on site to choose from didn't need a reservation for the finer restaurants but good idea to reserve on busy nights. We took the tram up the mountain and hiked down. Everything. Old, dingy, cramped, falling apart, overpriced, extra fees.

Way overpriced and out of the way. I was looking for hotels in Jackson Hole. I ended up with a room at the Inn at Jackson Hole in Teton Village, 11 miles away from Jackson Hole.

Got upgraded to neighboring property with higher rating, great deal for us!

Inn at Jackson Hole looked a bit shabby to us, but we never saw the rooms. Got upgraded--yippee!

We paid for Inn at Jackson Hole which was in Teton Village, outside Jackson WY. I asked for Jackson hotel property so I was initially disappointed. When we got there (12 miles from town of Jackson) we were upgraded to an affiliated and better property Teton Village Hotel and Spa. Cannot review Inn at Jackson Hole because we did not stay there. Both properties were close to the ski area (Jackson Hole) but some distance from town. ...read more
