For all its shortcomings, the Inn at Morro Bay has real location, away from the traffic noise, next to the state park, on a beautiful section of harbor front on the scenic bay. The rooms are in good repair, especially the bath with walk in shower. But the lobby is simply a disaster, with uncomfortable old couches and concierge at a table, not a desk, and you can hear all the employee interactions with both public and each other. The staff currently delights in saying no to all requests for in room amenities like movies, wifi, room service, and that hurts at the price point asked. ...

Will not recommend, was not given room booked because it they are in the middle of a major remodel and it wasn't there anymore. had to ask for them to make it right did get upgrade . The room had no no fridge no micro no jet tub. Decor is dark and looks like motel 6 and that was there new remodeled room! Pool and spa closed being remodeled and does not look to be close to being done anytime soon because of all the work going on there was alot of noise. Very unhappy!
