The staff was great, we had just gotten engaged and they put balloons in our room, the indoor fire place was perfect.

The fireplace in the room was amazing as was the jacuzzi on the 2nd floor.
The bathroom was really cold--the heater didn't seem to work in there or maybe there was not a vent

We would definitely stay here again! We loved the fireplace in the room--all rooms have them! We also loved the jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent--with lots of choices. They also serve homemade cookies, hot tea and coffee at all times of day. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable--we did notice that there was an awkward smell on the pillows, but I assume this was from the type of down used--But things like that don't bother us that much so it was a minor issue. the location was so close to the all the different vineyards. The downtown area was cute. Hotel very quiet and the rooms extremely comfortable

A Lovely place to visit. Nice amenities. Like the bathrobes in the room. The hot tub was veru nice and secluded. Beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, excellent location, comfortable and clean with great amenities (hot tub, snacks, breakfast, WiFi, in-room fireplace.)
View from the front is of a street, view from the back faces the rear of another building.

Would absolutely stay here again. Very friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff. Inn was very clean and comfortable; we especially loved the in room gas fireplace although it wasn't quite cold enough to really put it to use. Rooms were quiet and cozy, bathrooms with updated fixtures. Had a lobby with fresh cookies available, breakfast, afternoon wine and snacks. Didn't end up using the hot tub, but it is on the roof, unfortunately not a nice view, (could use lattices/vines to make it more attractive).
