This hotel should have a one to two star rating. It messes up my ability yo di bame your own price in frisco, because i will get this hotel because it is rated inaccurately.
This should be a one star rated hotel in comparison with the other hotels and their ratings in the area.

Very clean. Hotel is showing its age, but well kept. Quiet and safe. Many good restaurant choices within a short walk. Above average breakfast, with many choices. More than I expected at this price.

staff was awesome-- gave great directions-- room was super quiet
room was small ok for one night but if you were going to be there more than one or two nights quite small. The breakfast area super duper small. Food was good though. Wish the staff was more informed on local weather and used local stations

The location was the best thing about this hotel.
They ran out of portable beds. So I had to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress.
Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms. If you just need place to rest your head, this works fine.

Staff was professional and location was good for our needs
Eventhough this is a non-smoking hotel, the common areas on out floor had obviously been smoked in. Fortunately our room had not.

Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable
Location is fantastic for shopping or other Dallas activities. Room is clean and nice. Biggest issue is that beds were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel has no back up plan for those that cannot sleep. Staff was aware of how uncomfortable beds were and said this was not first compliant about them.

The curtains length did not cover the entire windows. After closing the curtains, rays of light were still visible. Overall the room was good.
