great location. It felt more like a personal hotel rather than a chain hotel.
The breakfast room was much too hot - air conditioning was at a minimum.

Great location. Excellent restaurants close by. nice pool area.

The location was great and the staff was accomodating. Even though this hotel has seen better days (haven't we all?) I have got to give "props" for cleanliness and upkeep. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place in Naples

I enjoyed the hotel location, size of rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
The balcony was way too small. One reason I choose this hotel was for a balcony. So few hotels offer balconies which is odd in Florida.

Great location and very nicely appointed rooms for the price point. For once a hotel room without ugly flower drapes!

The cleanliness and that the staff was very friendly.
The extra bed was a bit uncomfortable

I liked the no frills room, terrific free breakfast, free workout room, free wifi and free parking.
The bathroom was darker than I expect.

Good option for those looking to save $$$ from the pricy chain hotels. The staff was very friendly and the slew of freebies make this a good option when on a budget.

They did not offer us a king bed...my husband and I had a double bed room.

Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was free and convenient. It was in a good location, right near the beach and close to shopping and restaurants.

Good wireless connections; flat screen TV.
Noise from lobby late at night kept us awake.

Well kept up. Nice sunning area around the pool. Nice breakfast. Pleasant staff. We would stay there again.
