I wished I had realized ahead of time how small the room was going to be... it was quite cramped to stay in for 5 nights.

Location and "old timey" feel.
11 AM checkout in NOLA? Seriously? We know it's a ploy in the hopes that we will be too hungover which will get us to stay another night and spend more money but that's not fair to those who don't and won't fall for that. Hotels even give you a late check
Great location and pretty hotel. Horrible check out time. No consideration for the customer.

Staff was friendly.
Room with bed in it was 8 feet by 8 feet. I was sleeping in a closet.
