The rooms are clean and the lady at front desk was very polite and kind.
The pool didn't have any water and was very dirty, the AC wasn't really cool..

They switched our room because we complained, it was little better than the first one.
Would never stay there again. Lost our reservation! Our name was not to be found!

Dirty, noisy area, needs major renovation or rebuild.

Nothing, this place was outdated and overpriced for being a roach motel!
It was disgusting!

The room smelled of smoke and there were roaches on the floor of the bathroom. There was mold all in the sink and the bed was hard, I think the floor would have been softer. It was awful for such a good location!

They charged my credit card.

Attendants didn't have a clue as to the online procedures for prior booking upon arrival. I was charged by the hotel and had to get the charges reversed through my banking institution.

Grounds ill-kept, staff ill-trained, room although spartanly appointed,appeared to be clean. Property needs TLC big time!
