Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Boston Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. The hotel was very upscale and the rooms were lovely. The bathroom was spacious and nicely layed out. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a patio in the back of the hotel, over looking the harbor, which would be great on a nice warm day. I would stay again at this hotel. It is one of nicest hotels in the area.

Nice facilities. Adequate service. Concierge at a hotel like this should be more experienced. Parking situation not good. Sign when we entered said 17 dollars (early bird bit we did not realize this). Front desk, concierge and parking attendants never discussed rates with us. May not stay again just due to parking situation. Otherwise, the hotel was on a good location and facilities and room were very nice. ...

Restaurant staff was totally non-attentive. We waited 50 minutes, in a deserted restaurant, for a simple breakfast. No apology for the unreasonable delay was offered. Concierge was rude and condescending. The room was one of nosiest I have ever experienced. The traffic noise was terrible. I was awoken at 6:30 one morning with a 15-minute extremely loud humming noise. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. The physical building was pleasant, but they need a staff with a different attitude.
