We were staying for an event that was 3 miles away from hotel. The shuttle offered only traveled a two mile radius and there was no effort to make an exception. The hotel next door which was probably a 3 star had a shuttle running to the event.

Very comfy room. Good Club level (I paid extra) and friendly staff. Decent bar with good food. Good room service food. Great location near metro.
I wish the gym was a little larger/nicer, but its adequate.

Very noisy atmosphere at night lot of drunk people..card didnt work when I paid to upgrade room to club lounge.
Hotel is alright during the day,but at night its like a club at 3 am in the morning on a weeknight. Not recommended for business atmosphere

The hotel had fabulous rooms, great food and service and is in a prime location.
There is valet parking at $32 per day and a self parking option as well at $22 per day. This is a bit on the pricey side for daily parking.
This hotel is in a great location, within walking distances to great resturants and shopping. We took advantage of the Club Level upgrade which gave us access to daily breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and hors D'oeuvres and a desert hour.

The Hotel had great rooms, comfy bed, nice workout area, the pool was nice and the overall experience was enjoyable!!
The Hotel was in a great location, especially if you like to shop.

The rooms were great! The staff was exceptional. The waiter at the hotel restaurant was personal and the food was exceptional
It was in a great location, with friendly service and staff. It was ulta clean and our needs were met exceptionally well. Having no free internet service in the rooms would be my only complaint.

Hotel staff was excellent and all very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nice.
The duvet bed linens are very heavy for the south and made it a bit uncomfortable even with the air conditioned pushed way down.
Hotel location is great and the staff, room, roof top pool, amenities all excellent. I will definitely book again.

Convenient location, courtesy shuttle around Buckhead was a welcome surprise.
Hotel itself seemed very nice, but there was a huge crowd of people that reaked of weed at the hotel bar which was unexpected. Not the worst thing in the world, but took away from the "5 star" feel.

The room was lovely! It was large, well decorated, clean and had a nice TV. The bathroom was also very nice.
Shower was too small. My elbows hit the wall when washing my hair. Also, there was a problem with the cold water side of the faucet in the sink. It made a loud noise and the pressure dropped drastically in seconds. C/O took 1hr after calling desk.
This was a very nice hotel! The location was prime for the Buckhead area within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Although we were treated very professionally, the checkout took an exceedingly long time-1hour from the time I called the desk.
