The staff were amazing, the service at the pool bar was insanely amazing. They treated us so well. The room service was also amazing. We had an amazing time. I want to go back ASAP!
It was perfect, seriously.

The lobby space was beautiful and welcoming. Starbucks right there was awesome. Location was perfect. The staff was amazing. The rooms were perfect. We were celebrating our honeymoon and my birthday and we had an incredible time. We felt like everyone really cared about us. We spent alot of time at the pool bar and the staff there was OUTSTANDING! They took such good care of us! I want to go back ASAP! And would tell anyone to stay there!! ...read more

good central location. Nice park outside and waterfront view.
NO free internet. Shameful for such a high end hotel and the main reason for 7/10 overall experience. Paid internet was expensive.

Great rooms, very convenient location.
To park my rental car at the hotel cost more than to rent the car itself!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. They even suggested some cheaper parking lots within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Nice that the hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants. Bayside is a very close option, too. Great view of the Port of Miami and the cruise ships from our room. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely return.

It was nice and clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful
For a Four Star the offerings were meager. No continental breakfast, no free wifi. The restaurant was not kid friendly at all.

Good beds and a friendly greeting on the TV screen from the hotel personnel. We had a nice view of the pool area and a partial water view of the ocean.
It was a lovely place to stay. The help was very accommodating and made checking in as pleasant as possible. No complaints.

Good location to cruise ship ports. Cabs were available and a porter helped with our luggage. Thanks for a pleasant visit.

It was excellent. Very nice and close to a lot of things.
Our keycards kept not working so we had to have them reset them three times in five days which it way too many times.
