The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable..The location was excellent, we went to the market place and beach, we took.a cruise, it was awesome..The room was spacious and very clean. the view from the room was great. thanks
more mirrors in the room, I had my sisters and I were fighting for the mirror in the bathroom..

one of the bell men was amazing. his name was henroy. went way above and beyond to help us!
had to pay for wifi. asked a staff member where any restaurants were...they said they didnt really know. asked if there was a convience store or anything near...they said no. I found a subway restaurant and a convience store beside each other a block away

The rooms were awesome and the location was close to everything we needed to reach.
No shuttle service.
The hotel is in a very good location and the cleanliness and look of the hotel is excellent.

Excellent staff, fabulous hotel, beautiful view. Can't say enough good things. More like a five star then a four star.
Parking price at 36.00 is steep.
Nice little beach-like area near hotel, lots of boats to look at, close to SoBe, walk to shops. Safe and lean. Beautiful lobby.

Maid service was poor. Had a dirty table in room for two days, dirty coffee cups for 24 hours, missing bathmat one day,very little general straightening.

The rooms, location, and staff were great.
I'm not sure its avoidable, but the extra charges for valet, internet and use of the workout room were a little annoying.
Great location to walk to the Bayside Mall and enjoy some food and live music. Also, you could catch the water taxi and get a ride to a number of cool spots.

For a standard room, it was wonderful. Large, big bathroom,and had a bathrobe. Coffee and tea maker and a fully stocked mini bar.

It is difficult to get to because you have to travel out of the way 2 blocks and around in a circle to get on the waterway/hotel entrance. Once there, it was lovely. Within walking distance to so many things. We ate at the hotel for late night snack and found staff wonderful and food good.

Great location, very friendly staff, beautiful lobby.
We had dinner at the restaurant, Tora Tora, and were disappointed. The food was ok, but our waiter and the service were not up to standards., especially with the 18% tip added in .
We payed $36 for overnight parking, and if we had more time, I would have looked around for a nearby garage or public parking.
