Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Miami
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 5, 2013

Hotel is very nice but the location is even better!! If you rental a car try to park a few blocks away at a courtyard they have parking overnight for $24 but no in and out service. Go to Key Biscayne very nice beach if you want a quiet beach away from south beach that's if you have children. Lot's of food choice in this area mostly a business district of Miami.

Very roomy. Room is clean and comfy. Staff is professional and efficient. Overnight parking is very expensive though. Overall great impression. Would love to stay again.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel itself was very nice. We were traveling with a 5 year and a newborn. They were very fast to bring us a roll away bed for my oldest to sleep on. Overall, I felt as if we didn't fit in and/or belong since we weren't wearing a suit. We were on a family sight seeing vacation & I felt as if we were judged for being in shorts and a tee. We were told the pool closed at 7 when the spa closed yet, we saw 5 or 6 people swimming from our room around 8:30 that same evening. The parking prices were not good. We parked in public parking for $18 a night. So overall, the hotel was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying here with younger children or for sight seeing.

Great hotel for the money as bid. However, not worth full price.
