Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental New Orleans
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(21) | Solo Traveler(9) | Traveling as Couple(66) | Family with Young Children(9) | Family with Teens(4) | Group Traveler(13)

Air Conditioner did not work properly. Carpet in room looked worn and old.
Trolly stops in front of hotel.

Great location, wonderful in-room service and great Bartenders.
It's a great spot near the action but not buried in it. The staff was outstanding. The "bang-for-the-buck" factor makes this place a hidden gem..

Rooms were nice, clean, and the location was just right for our trips to the French Quarter and to the New Orleans Arena.
The room decor was a little dated, but that's not a big deal to me.

Right next to St Charles Streetcar- location.
Not worth 4 stars. Also, pool was not in service.

Rooms were very nice and staff was helpful and courteous.
Hotel parking was expensive. Valet took far too long each day to bring around the vehicles (~20 minutes).

Location and friendly staff
No
The location of the hotel was great. Within walking distance to french quarter, bourbon st. and the french market. Staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Mother's restaurant is only two blocks away. A must to visit in New Orleans!
