The staff was professional and funny. Checking in wad a breeze something you expect with this caliber of chain. The location was great, and the room amenities were even better. Definite recommendation.
Just make sure you check with front desk staff before leaving the hotel. I had an attempted charge with mini bar service but they cleared it up straight off.

Great location and wonderful staff....the hamburger at the bar was one of the best I've had and the breakfast was great...not a ton of choice on the buffett but qality was supurb.
A sauna would have been nice as it was quite cool in NOLA during my stay.

the room was great! the bed was really, really comfortable
I did not like the sign that said if you did not want fresh towels to hang them on the rack, if you want fresh towels, leave the used ones in the tub- I left mine on the rack every day, but they always replaced them with new..why have the sign?

older staffs are really well educated..? [they're kind and helpful]everything is changed.. especially the shower machine..Intercontinental hotel will be number one hotel in new orleans soon!!
The....... New staffs were a little bit annoying..They don't have experiences, i guess..... Except that, I enjoyed a lot!!

Location, service, system, room and housekeepers are great!!One thing.... still...Hotel room service needs a little bit more improvement..

Perfect location.
Didn't have a window. Window showed a balcony instead of outside.

Hotel overall is a decent hotel, but I expected much more than what I got. The room was clean, but the bathroom was horrible. I have seen better bathrooms at 3 star hotels. Compared to all the Intercontinental I have stayed this was by far the worse in terms of the room. The bathroom was extremely nice with separate bath and shower. My window was in closed and my only view was the balcony of the next door room. The lobby of the hotel is plush and inviting, but the room was a disappointment. Being that it was the Intercontinental that was a plus.

Everything was super clean and in working order. Superb pool area was a bonus!
Expensive parking.
