Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental New Orleans
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 31, 2013

The Hotel didn't stick to the reservation terms, double bed and nonsmoking. Extremely loud area which made getting a good nights sleep difficult. Restraunant staff service was good but no one know how to apply the included breakfast in our bill. Also cellphone service at the hotel didn't work, I have verizon wireless. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was great, close to the French Quarter and not far (short street car ride) from Magazine St. and the Garden District. The rooms are decent, but not four star level.

Rooms and service were great. Used adjacent parking garage for additional savings. Location is within walking distance of the Super Dome, French Quarter and Boardwalk attractions. I would stay here again and recommend it to others through Priceline.

The hotel is in a decent location. Easily walk-able to the French Quarter and right next to poydras street, so one can easily commute to the Garden District or uptown New Orleans. Taxis are conveniently located right outside the hotel at all times. The room was very spacious with two queen beds.

Great hotel, good location, and great price. What more could you ask for when travelling?
