Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Presidente Merida
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Solo Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(3) | Family with Young Children(1) | Senior Traveler(1)

the pool was not really pool. It just too small, and too cold. distance from attraction is too far to walk.

The location was great and it was clean and roomy. Nice staff.
The toilet did work and had to be repaired on the 2nd day but they fixed it. Had to buy own water.
This was a beautiful hotel set amongst other nice hotels. The staff was so helpful and professional.

Very clean, good facilities, nice restaurant, friendly staff, and next to bus station.
Had to take a cab to the downtown area - nothing much within walking distance. Some cabs charged 30 pesos and some charged 40 pesos.
Hotel was clean, nice updated rooms, and good facilities.

Very good hotel staff and swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was decent and convenient.
Location was outside the city center which meant getting the staff to fetch the car each time you left. This was inconvenient!
Nice place overall and would recommend it if you want to have good space, good staff and nice swimming pool for the kids. I would have preferred the ease of a hotel in the city center but can't complain too much given the good deal I received.

Location. We walked everywhere and felt safe.
It was a nice hotel but could use some updating in the bathrooms. Pool area is very small, but beautiful.
