Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Seoul Coex
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 19, 2013

Great hotel in Kangnam. Staff was professional and friendly and welcoming. Great exercise equipment and pool was excellent size for lap swim. Restaurant was quite expensive as expected, so for cheaper food, go to basement to the underground shopping mall for many cheap great good. For great Korean expense hike or jog over across the street to the temple. Great place overall.

It is a great hotel on every level. My only complaint is that they have a strict no kids policy for the pool, which is silly. Kids love to go to the pool and the policy would make it impossible for me to bring my family to stay at this hotel...

Stayed 5 days, great location. Below are COEX shops and restaurants. Right next to traditional Korean Buddhist temple, should walk the area. Friendly staff, they are already to serve and greet you. Room was clean and view was great.

I have stayed at this hotel since 2006.The price from Priceline is a great deal for a 5 star. The restroom is large with separate shower and tub. The best water pressure from any hotels i have stayed at in Seoul. It does need a upgrade. The beds are the worst! Furniture outdated.
