Location to shopping, eating is one of the best in Tampa. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great staff and overall great experience.
The cost of water ($4.00/bottle)is a little ridiculous, but other than that it was a pleasure trip.

Overall experience at the West Shore location was a very pleasant one.

Unfortunately I spent the weekend in bed and ill, however, the woman who checked myself and my handicapped sister in could not be more helpful.
I was told that in order not to be charged for parking I would have to park in the self park handicapped parking spaces. No spaces were available. Valet boss got the car and gave us valet service that should have been available.

Don Shula's bar restaurant did not have a handicap access ramp which was shocking. The manager said it would be installed next month but that did not help me with my sister who is a bilateral amputee. Also there is a fee for wifi per day. I did not think that was very business friendly.

The convenience of location.
No hot tub was a major disappointment for a 4 star hotel.

Even though our room was not near the elevators, we could hear the elevators going up and down all day and all night. It was as if the vibration of the cars carried through the entire hotel. Other hotel guests we spoke with complained about this as well. The desk chair in the room was too low to the floor and did not have any height adjustments which made for uncomfortable computing. ...read more

The staff was friendly. The room was ok. Just seemed a bit small and out dated. Nothing exceptional.

Whenever I use Priceline, I'm placed in the worst room on a property. I was placed in the top floor, next to the elevators and had to listen to the elevator motors all night. I had to buy earplugs to sleep the second night. Not what I expected in a 4 star

Visit the gift shop downstairs. It's not part of the hotel but family owned, fantastic collection of cigars. Well worth a visit.

The bed was AMAZING! Very high quality linens all the way around!
Lots of noise could be heard in the hallways.. BUT.. The worse.. was them sawing concrete at 8:$5 on a Sunday morning!! Sounded like a constant buzz saw in our room. Seems like the walls/windows are thin.. heard everything!
