Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Toronto Yorkville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

A great stay at ICH Yorkville. We weren't around the hotel much, but did find time to enjoy the fitness centre. Our room was spacious and clean. Nice large bathroom. Though we fronted Bloor (across from the ROM) we didn't hear much street noise. Pillows were lumpy. I could have done with a firmer, filled pillow. Tip: Parking is accessible from Bedford Road. We did self-park which - esp on a weekend - is cheaper than parking through the hotel. It's the same parking garage and the elevator empties into the hotel lobby. ...

Great hotel but need to take subway if you intend to visit downtown waterfront and most of the theaters

I was charged for the internet and called the hotel to say that it should have been included - they say they have NO packages with internet included. Also - I was charged taxes and it was a perk of my rate that they should be included. ...

A swanky hotel in a prime location. Right in the heart of downtown Toronto, this hotel is close to fantastic dining, shopping and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. However, the room I was in had an old tube television that was hard to view from the bed. I was unhappy about this, especially since they charge $16.99 for new movies.
