Hotel Guest Reviews of the J W Marriott New Orleans
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2013

This hotel is clean, modern and a pleasure to stay at. They look out for your needs! My husband left his phone charger at home and one of the maintence workers brought us his personal one to use while we were there! No questions asked...just offered! Super friendly staff! A pleasure and hope to get this hotel again!

Truly a 4-star hotel - great staff, nice decor, and clean rooms. The parking was exorbitant - $40 + taxes. Didn't have time to explore other parking options, but I am sure would have found some cheaper options nearby. Also, there is another Marriott - just a block away. So make sure you go to the correct one :).

Out of all the 4 star hotels along Canal St. And near the French Quarter the JW Marriott was by far my best experience. To travelers definitely order room service. The food is well worth the money.
