As a hospitality person of twenty five years, I mean it when I say that this four star hotel has a five star staff. Exceptional in every way. Cudos to the GM and his management team.
Absolutely nothing. My wife likes to have hotel rooms with a balcony, otherwise this would be my only destination in NOLA.
This hotel will not disappoint you.

Nothing about the hotel I ddnt like. It was great!
Had a very enjoayable stay. Very restful room. Suer relaxing. Nice facilities. Friendly staff, Hope to stay there again soon!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were greeted with champagne at our check in and were upgraded to a room with a better view without any prompting. It was in a great location within walking distance to everything.
Be advised that parking is $39 a night at the hotel. There is a parking lot up the street that is only $25/ 24 hours.

Truly a 4-star hotel - great staff, nice decor, and clean rooms.
The parking was exorbitant - $40/taxes. Didn't have time to explore other parking options, but I am sure would have found some cheaper options nearby.

So make sure you go to the correct one :).

The room was great with a king size bed and very comfortable mattress and sheets. The look of the room was very elegant with a wonderful view of downtown New Orleans overlooking Canal St. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to my every need.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. There's nothing negative to say about it.
Out of all the 4 star hotels along Canal St. And near the French Quarter the JW Marriott was by far my best experience. To travelers definitely order room service. The food is well worth the money.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Upgraded with no extra charge. The room was spacious and inviting. Couldn't have asked for more.
Ice machine was out on our floor, but attendant got ice for us.
Great experience, wonderfully helpful staff, excellent location. Will stay there again.
