The pool and lazy river was awesome
Paying for parking, $ 18.00 / day in addition to cost of the room. Hidden cost was not disclosed during reservation process. Have to pay for Internet in room $ 9.00 / day. Between Internet and parking great deal became only good deal

Staff was very helpful.
The self-parking was a little bit of a hike.

centrally located so this was a fantastic place to stay family getaway so the accommodations were above my expectation staff was great so was the food
valet parking was about $27 and self park was $18 a bit much when that's daily

be prepared to pay for parking but the overall experience kinda made up for it, the restaurants are pricey along with the spa but I expected that since it is part of the Ritz-Carlon. Kids loved the pool and game room on location the staff was very friendly and accomadating. loved loved our stay here definitely booking again

Great Staff, Hotel had everything and was spotless!
We loved everything.

We put a priceline bid in for a 4 star hotel and ended up with this hotel. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!! It had every amenity imaginable. We spent most of our time at the pools. The pools were great and warm. Food at the pool area was fantastic. The waiter came around in the pool area about every 15 minutes to see if we needed anything. Just great service in general. Great room, very helpful staff, too cold to use outside amenities, but lazy river and pool looked amazing.
Our room had a terrible view and it was MUCH too far to any restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff could not have been nicer.
Not a single thing to complain about.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. My wife and daughter were happy. Onsite food/choices great. Pool and other common areas better than the best out there. Would love to go back again.

Very nice hotel and rooms are clean and staff nice
Complete rip-off for everything you buy there. Huge charges for parking, internet, food, drinks, etc. Room could be free and you would end up paying a lot. This is much the same with Orlando in general, but this group obviously has mastered the art!

So luxurious and majestic. High ceilings, beautiful decor, comforable and spacious rooms, great amenities. Very fancy!
$20 to park per day! Really! Arcade was small and lame and difficult to find.

JW Marriot is luxurious and beautiful with incredible outdoor water features and spacious comfortable rooms. Just be ready to pay for the little extras like parking!
