Yes. Shady people hanging around hotel. I believe my credit card info. Was compromised at this hotel by staff. I got à call from my credit card company the day after i lefthand this hotel. The person(s) tried changing my acct at @ 3 différent stores Ar

I didnt feel safe at this location. My credit card info WAS compromised. I do not recommend this place!! Fraud department is Looking into this!

Location, near amtrak, jack london square.
At check-in, the hotel clerk, acted mas if i were a burden. Rm 230 A dump, No towels. So i went to hotel desk clerk, twice for towels. Four hours laters [8.30p.m}Desk clerk bring,s towels, that could have just been rag,s,

It,s not worth the money, It,s a shame for inn keeper to let property, detoirate into ghetto.

Check-in took almost 15 minutes and my card was double billed. Plus my cc info was stolen and items charged in San Jose, now I have to get a new card. Thank Jack London's shady staff for this.

I like the location of the hotel.
the hotel had a party in the ball room right under my room. the music was loud and lasted till after 1am in the morning. There were people fighting down the hall from me and that lasted through the night. Did not get much sleep.

From what i saw, this hotel looks to be a local hang out. people were in and out the rooms drinking and smoking.It was a non-smoking hotel mind you. Not as nice as i thought is was going to be. For the price i dont think i can complan to much however.
