Jacksonville Hotel Plaza And Suites

The name is very misleading. Do not stay here, pay a little more money, there are plenty of places to stay in the same area, the price was cheap but still not a value.

It was just me and my husband and there was no room to maneuver at all with both of us in the room. It is also located in a not to nice looking neighbor hood.

All in all, I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. I was very unhappy that I didn't find out the hotel was a non-smoking hotel until I arrived. My room was on the 3rd floor so it's pretty inconvenient to keep coming downstairs and outside to smoke. Check-in was very easy and fast and although the night auditor didn't have much personality, he was still friendly never-the-less. Changed rooms three times. Gave in after checking out the forth room, I was only staying one night. First room-bed sheets had some marks and them, but it was the toilet, which almost overflowed, that made me call the front desk. Second room had
stains on sheets. Third smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in it (it was a non-smoking room). Forth room had two double beds. First bed had

The hotel was cozy and nice for the price that it was. I would give it a thumbs up.

The room was small but the bath room was large. the lavatory didn't drain properly, but not a real big issue.
