Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Rome

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was clean, bed comfortable and show with good pressure and plenty of hot water.
There was a lot of noise at about 4 am- people shouting, running in hall, etc. in morning when I told the manager he advised me a party got out of hand-he evicted the party goers who decided to spread their joy on the way. All he could have done.

Clean, friendly staff, in a good location and great value for the amount of money paid in this area.
Same price as the Econo lodge I stayed at the previous night but this hotel was 1000% nicer.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, indoor pool and workout area. Good deal for the price, I've stayed here many times before it was bought out by Comfort Inn and it still has the same feel. Free breakfast is ok, with biscuits and gravy, plus other starches, fruit, cereal and yogurt as options. One of the two days I walked across the parking lot to the Waffle House. Gas station within walking distance. ...read more

The breakfast in the morning was adequate and what you'd expect for a 2 star hotel.
The rooms need to be renovated! Peeling paint, plumbing issues, old scratched furniture :(

I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a renovation to it rooms. The paint was peeling, the faucet was coming out from the shower wall and the walls are paper thin. I was disappointed with my experience.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful.
Breakfast was not very good. The selection was very limited. Much more then most Quality Inns I have stayed in the past. Juices taste like water.

Good, clean rooms. Excellent location. Breakfast will be very limited and not very good.

The Staff was very friendly
PLEASE...GET SOME STRONGER UTENSILS FOR YOUR BREAKFAST GUESTS! I couldn't even eat my biscuits because the plastic forks were like a wet noodle.

It looks nice on the outside, room had a refrigerator and microwave which was handy
broken toilet seat, poor cleaning day-to-day, brkfst did not offer fruit

would not recommend this motel as it shows wear and not particularly clean. there was a stained fabric chair and ottoman in our room that looked as if it had been in a frat house for the past ten years. I would pick another hotel the next time I am in Rome.

I became very ill while staying here. The staff was very helpful, particularly in the middle of the night.
no

The hotel was clean & comfortable. Bed was very comfy. I didn't use the indoor pool but my friend did. She said it was the perfect temp. Hotel is located in a safe place, convenient to everything. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. As a single female staying by myself, I felt very safe the entire time.

Cozy room with nice pool.
The fitness room temp was 90 because no A/C. Ice machine not working on 2nd floor.

Nice room with comfortable bed. Nice clean pool. Bad breakfast and not replenished when used.
