Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Trussville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Yes the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel was also in a good location close to town, the highway, and to sit down and fast food restaurants.
I did ask for a king room and was only offered a double room.

The staff made me feel welcomed and the location made me feel safe.

It was well equipped including a refrigerator, coffee pot, iron, ironing boardand close to many resturants.
Breakfast ended at 9.00am. The gravey maker broke, which means all they had to do was buy canned gravey and heat it. Some of the staff was less friendly than others. The Lobby computer could be updated. Maid need to use the wand to clean corners and edge

The nearby restaurants, gas stations and highway access made this a good location to stay.

The hotel was clean and kept up well. The rooms were well worth the price I paid and the staff were always pleasant. The location is what brought me to this hotel, the clean rooms and kind staff are what will bring me back.

This was a wonderful experience. Staff was knowledgable and very friendly AND helpful. For an inexpensive motel, they exceeded expectations.

Location was great for me outside of the hotel looks like clean and nice.
There was a leak under the toilet, no internet connection, no phone reception inside of the rooms. I was going to extend my stay for 11 more days and asked to change my room, The hotel GM said, "if you paid cheapest price, You can not complain about rooms

Pros: Close to highway, quite and safe area, new TVs without HD channels, Cons: No Wireless connections, careless rooms, dirty carpet, old beds, bad staff,

Employees/staff were very attentive to my needs.

I was a student traveling from out of town and stayed in Jameson Inn in Trussville over a 1 1/2 year period. At each stay, I was treated like a long time friend. If I had a need, they would accommodate me. If the room needed attention, it was immediately taken care of.
