Mistakes made, evening clerk tried to fix.
Management is weak.

For the price, some staff are running it like a lesser brand.

We were checking in at 10:00pm the temperature was in 40~.... the staff made us wait out and all communication with the staff was through a window similar to bank teller. We had requested a non-smoking room, but we were given a Smoking room, which is bad considering if I happen to book a week before my travel. People who worked at desk were rude. Check in late night seemed to be an inconvienence to the night clerk. Otherwise OK for price. Comfortable bed, clean room, attractive.

The housekeeping staff were horrible. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days. I had to find the maid in the hallway and get more towels!

The housekeeping staff at this hotel is horrible. It seems to be under new management and the smell is not that pleasant. I had to chase the maid down to empty my trash, and our room wasn't cleaned for two days. The maid opened my door without even knocking. Surprise! Bed was comfortable. Room was clean .
Breakfast bar was lacking.

Nice for overnight stay. Very clean. When I price hotels for overnight stay, i figure in the breakfast as part of the cost. I would have preferred to skip the free breakfast and pay $15 less and stop @ McDonald's. Poor @ best.

The bathtub was spacious.
The continental breakfast was lacking.

Great affordable rate - I feel like I got my money's worth, though I wish the bed had been a bit softer.

It has nice bathroom and always hot water.
The blanket was stinking and breakfast there is a no hot water for tea.

If you pay less many of course don't expect a lot of thing ,Rooms are pretty clean ,it doesn't smell bad at all so it s enough to stay overnight and easy to access highway.

3 adult males ..both rooms had one bed had to upscale to suite...

when I booked I noticed that the rooms had one bed .. I called the hotel and they said they'd upgrade to one suite and one room for $25. xtra for the suite for each evening.

I would never stay here again. They insisted on a photocopy of my credit card which I was told they do not shred, but put in a box upstairs. If the room had not been prepaid, I would not have stayed.

Dirty.

Need to really clean the rooms, sofa had stains, I mean big huge stains, walls were stained, sheets were not clean. I think if they put more care in the upkeep of the rooms, this would be a nice motel.
