The beds were very comfortable and clean. And even for being on the end by the elevators we weren't disturbed by noise from them or other patrons.
The vanity was in the bathroom with the shower so only one person could use the sink at a time. The TV tube seemed to be going out since the picture would get really fussy and snowy until you tapped it.

WHEN MY KEY DOES NOT WORK ANYTIME BEFORE CHECKOUT 1200 NOON I GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW be it 9am 10am or 1145am, go to the desk get it set again etc just to return to room to get my things. IF THEY CAN INVEST IN A HOTEL THEY SHOUD BE ABLE TO MAKE SURE

I like the large room with the split between the bedroom and living area.
I did not like the torn fabric on the sofa. This was a little unappealing to sit on.

This hotel was a little better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel; however, the hours were limited for me. I wish the hours would have been posted on the website. That being said, they were willing to take you to places other than the airport. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

I liked the size of the room, the refrigerator, the microwave and the storage space for food items.
It could have been cleaner in the rooms.

If you are traveling with family, want close proximity to main arteries traveling into Chicago, and bring food along for everyone to offset the cost of eating out, this hotel is for you. The rooms are spacious, the place is quiet, and the breakfast was decent. It was an absolute bargain for the money.

Great hot breakfast in AM. Wifi. Fridge/microwave in room. Very convenient location.
One guest smoked in the elevator (not the hotel's fault). Small workout room (3 machines, nothing else)

Good deal for travel. Not luxurious, but has all the amenities for comfort. Excellent location - very convenient for purchasing pretty much anything!
