Good quality control, friendly staff, lobby is too small and a portion dedicated to tea and other commerce (i.e guests asked to vacate the area even though no other lobby area was available to sit and wait - really poor taste given how hard they otherwise strive to serve. Excellent location. Accessible to theaters, shops, but offers the scenery and quite of the park area. At the right rates I would stay there again. Value in the $250 to $350 range. We paid about $650 for one night which was way overpriced. ...

I waited over 30 minutes for the hotel to get a cab, missed my restaurant reservation on Saturday night. I agree the city gets busy, but it's something the hotel can point out. They didn't and it kind of ruined a effect evening for me and my wife (we're newlyweds).
