The hotel was awesome! Very helpful staff. We had left overs from dinner (a nice expensive steak that we couldn't finish) and the helpful guy at the front desk put it in the fridge and gave us a claim check to pick it up when we checked out.
Parking was expensive at a whopping $22 a day. Ouch.
Staff was very nice. Great service. Room was amazing too. Bathroom had a seperate stand alone shower - a nice perk! Bed was very comfortable. We didn't order room service but I did check out the menu - prices seemed to be fair. Parking was the only con - it was $22 a day. Location was great. Perfect if you're looking to do some shopping at Lenox Mall. We'll definitely stay here again! We prefer the JW Marriott over the Buckhead Westin and Intercontinental any day. ...

There was not one thing I didn't like!
The location was great. Connected to Lenox Mall and right in the heart of Buckhead. The view of Atlanta from our room was amazing.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The staff catered to every need. Hotel was very convenien; also liked the fact that it connected to the mall! Definitely would start there again!

I like the location of this hotel. It is close to local restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff does not intrude once you check in but is available if you need anything. Nice pool and decent workout space.
We made the mistake of staying here during peak prom season. Unfortunately, we had some late night revelers making a lot of noise in the hall around 4am. Pretty annoying.
Overall, this is a nice hotel located conveniently in the heart of Buckhead. If you plan to park, be aware that it will cost $22/day. Great pool for swimming laps or hanging out with the family.

The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff was SUPERB!
My only "complaint" (and this goes for most higher-end hotels) is that they continue to charge for internet access within your room. I realize that's because business expense accounts will cover it, but still. ...
