I accidently left my IPod in the room when I checked out. I didn't realize it until the next day. I was certain that I would never see it again. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure I was reunited with it! Everyone was super friendly!

I really liked the location of the hotel. The bartenders were very nice. I really liked the step located in the shower so I could put my shampoo on it.
I wish the windows were bigger and that there was a fan/vent in the bathroom.
I really like the location of this hotel. It was very convenient to walk across the street to the Galleria. I just wish they had fans/vents in the bathroom!

My family is love this hotel because the room is big and clean. TV is big enough and have good channel for my kids and me. The Hotel have indoor swimming pool. That is very good for my kids to swimming in winter time. The location is perfect because I can shopping next to Hotel ( Gallary Mall). The service is very nice and friendly. Anyway, we are love it and we will back.

The location is great.
This JW is not the best of Marriott's JW Brand. The rooms are VERY small and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Parking is difficult because there's no space for hotel guests if the hotel is booked up. The price of parking is WAY too exc

The staff was very friendly, very helpful.
$17 self-park. Room was a bit dated, not really a 4 star hotel anymore.
When I first visited this hotel in 1995, it was certainly a 4 star property. However, the rooms need a more thorough refresh to maintain that standard. Probably a 3.5 star property, at best, now. Great staff, great location directly across from the Galleria. Needs a bit of lipstick is all.
