The hotel was sold out and wanted to put me im a conference room with drop bed that was not comming out the wall. Wanted me to pay

This is a great Hotel. The room was nice and clean the lobby is fabulous. I will definately stay here again.
I was kind of offended. I tried to tip the person checking me in $20 when she handed me my information and room card she gave it back to me.

The front desk staff was very friendly.
Getting out of the front driveway was a chore on both occasions that I attempted to move through it. Although there are several valet staff members, they did nothing to help the process..very disappointing. This will prevent me from staying again.

Had to call down twice for silverware
The space is very pretty, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and walked us to the elevators. Her customer service skills were excellent. The guest assistance people could use a little help, we broght food back to eat in the room and had no silverware. We had to call down twice to have some brought up. Overall I enjoyed the hotel.
