Hotel Guest Reviews of the JW Marriott Marquis Miami
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(2) | Family with Young Children(2)

Very nice hotel, clean, elegant room. Excellent staff. One of the highlights of our vacation. They got us into a room even though we arrived 2 hrs before check-in.
2nd floor cafe is waaayyy overpriced. Not much to do or see in the immediate vicinity. The Starbucks 2 blocks away closed at 8PM (on a Friday) despite claiming to be open until 11PM on their website.
Beautiful, modern, clean, great views of downtown Miami.

Great view.
The location make parking and looking for it tough, but it's a price that comes with the prime location.
If you are staying at level 20 and above, the view is wonderful when you are facing the water. For the extra money, I would highly recommend the deluxe executive room.

Will meet the expectations of the business traveler.
This in an elegant hotel for business traveler, but also serves well for families that may wish to stay away from the noisy crowds of Miami Beach. It has good location, but you will need a car to go around the city to eat and go to attractions. However it is walking distance from the touristy Bay side Market.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff
This is a very nice luxury hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - hard to find today. Arrived late so ordered room service which was superb! Would definitely stay here again!
