The glasses in my room were dirty. Likewise, there was dirt in the bathtub and hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guest(s).

The overall atmosphere of this large resort was warm and inviting and while there were many groups arriving and sharing the facilities you always felt a sense of privacy.
No I can't say there was anything I would change at this resort

Enjoy the beauty of the location by hiking up one of the many well maintained hiking trails or take a bike ride through the property and enjoy the natural setting in the mountains overlooking TucsonThe heated pools and hot tubs along with the enormous fire pits with spectacular views of the city make this a great winter spot for a relaxing and most enjoyable vacation

Your staff were so very friendly and helpful as they could be.
The timing they had put for the water slide, I thought was kinda crazy, my child was looking forward to using it and it was closed by 6:00 pm .

Very pretty view, room was not very clean, slidind golass door was full of finger prince, seen dirty Qtip under bed when checked into room and dirty carpet, Paid high price for a hard bed,I was so tired I tossed and turned till I fell asleep, was wishing I was in my bed at home. :(

They didn't have the room we reserved available and they accommodated us in a room with a balcony. Perfect for our wedding night!
The restaurants are pricey.

The hotel was a great experience. We weren't able to afford a honeymoon and we stayed at Star pass, we loved it. Customer service was great, and we had a lot of fun!

The JW Marriott Starr Pass is beautiful and the views are wonderful. The staff was accomodating, friendly and helpful.
The experience was excellent from start to finish.
