Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Sitting on the patio outside our room in the evening with ocean, pool, and live music all around us.
Shower not modern.

For my first trip to Hawaii and our budget, it was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. From the Aloha welcome to the Aloha departure, everyone was friendly, helpful and what I dreamed Hawaii would be.

Location is a plus. Room size is good for two. Shower was large and clean.
Lobby is cluttered.

This hotel is good for a short stay (less than five days) and is located on Kaanapali Beach which is one of the premium beaches on Maui.

Its connection with the Hawaiian culture!! Excellent.
It is older, but thats just its history.

The staff was amazing! The open space within the hotel property is wonderful. There are plenty of lounges spread about and beach towels are just a request away. It is beach front, close to Whalers Village shopping and a lot of restaurant choices.

The staff was amazing, and beach staff fantastic.
Parking is tight, spaces barely allow you to open your car doors.

The overall experience was great. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but we all have our own preferences. I couldn't find a hot tub by the pool area. Not sure if I missed it or they didn't have one

Maintained the tradition of Hawaii.
Have to pay for recliners on the beach.

Staff is excellent and catered to the customer. Grounds kept meticulously clean. Nightly shows amusing and entertaining.

Longstanding history in the community.
Some decor and bathroom fixtures could be updated.

It's location on the Kaanapali Beach and the Black Rock area was outstanding. The water is like glass in the morning.

We were very satisfied. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. There are other higher priced resorts in the area, which makes for a great coastline with beach restaurants and amenities, but our room was excellent. We would go back.

The staff was great very friendly,We felt very much at home staying there.
Did not like to have to pay to use chairs at the beach,or to pay extra for Internet.

This hotel was clean, we liked that there was no smoking in the rooms or on balconies. The staff was super friendly always said hello when we would pass them. There is a few places to eat at while staying there. Also there is a small store for munchies or drinks plus a gift store in lobby for souveniers.

I felt like I was home, part of
the family, and it is a wonderful place.

The hotel staff from the moment you arrive until the time you leave are warm friendly, efficient and attentive. I stayed for two weeks and didn't want to leave, will always return over and over.
