Hotel Guest Reviews of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2013

Inefficient staff at check in. Waited 15 minutes. Mediocre room, fuzzy tv reception, noisy having safes being put installed in rooms and a horrible value for a supposedly upscale hotel. We will never stay again.

Great location within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops

Lot of walking to get to our room in the other building. These days, in a Marriot, fridges and microwaves should be standard for the price we have to pay.

Helpful staff, convenient location. Concierge room food was mediocre and picked over quickly.

The Marriott is a beautiful hotel but I felt like the rooms were too small for the price being paid. I also disliked that they had no rooms with a refridgerator. The staff was very friendly, check in and check out both went smoothly.

Good location, very busy, very noisy especially late at night and very early in the morning

Staff was great but the food and room were way over priced for what they were. The hotel was in a great location. Just too pricey.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. I had called for directions to hotel the same day of arrival and Lupe was very nice. She gave good directions and told me to call her back if we had any trouble.
