Hotel Guest Reviews of the Kellogg Conference Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

The staff at this hotel are very pleasant and in the end treat guests nicely. However, if booking through an on-line service unrelated to hotel, bring your confirmation printout! Checking in with my Priceline.com reservation was very trying and took 35 minutes before I got to my first room (which was not ready and I had to ask for a different one). The people in line after me had reserved through a different independent service and also had to wait a very long time to be checked in. The hotel is not near any restaurants except for the adjacent Union Market (very good but open only certain days and hours). Do your own restaurant research as hotel is not well-versed on options. Overall, the facility is new, attractive and well-maintained. The problems seem to lie in communication problems with outside reservation services and inside the hotel regarding which rooms are ready. My second room looked clean and absolutely fine except for one large strand of hair in the bathroom sink that somewhat spoiled the overall effect. Management may need to put more effort into staff training. ...

Bring comfortable shoes, walking is a thing of D.C. This place has a great staff, the location is a little funky, but the metro is a few blocks away. Overall a good stay.

Comfortable, cool, safe hotel, but be prepared to pay $18 a day for parking. Meals are delicious if you can catch them when they are open.
