The hotel was fairly nice and new. It is located on the main highway. It is also in front of a mall and has a lot of restaurants around. I was pleased with my stay.

I had no issues with the hotel, seemed like good value(at the Priceline price) however I had an issue with housekeeping. We left at 9am and took the do not disturb sign down. We returned at 2pm and the room had not been cleaned. We had a young child with us who needed a nap so we put the do not disturb sign back on until we left the room again at 4pm. We returned at 9pm and the room still hadn't been attended too so I phoned front desk and they said it was to late as housekeeping finishes at 4pm. Oh and the fridge in the room only kept beverages lukewarm and I wouldn't use it for perishables.

Family Traveling with Teens
Centrally located hotel, across the street from the Orchard Park Mall. Hotel staff are courteous, rooms are clean, roomy, with two queen beds, and good-sized bathroom. Hotel has an indoor pool and a somewhat undersized fitness area.
