Closeness to where I wanted to be.
Price; Quote on priceline of XXX, lighted sign on freeway stated XXX. Office stated sign was broken!!!!! Seems "false advertising" would be more correct.
Clean, comfortable, cool. Located between freeway and train tracks (I knew that ahead)
