Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn - Belton/Temple
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 24, 2013
I cannot believe how disgusting this hotel is. Room #204. I took plenty of pics to put on tripadvisor so people can have plenty of warning. Crap on toilet (literally) crumbs on floor, hair and filthy on sink & vanity, dirty nasty shower/tub, I wouldnt even sit on the bed. Even thebdoor and walls were filthy. The picture on priceline and on the knight's inn website are nothing like what is there. It was a nightmare...luckily found a room in the next city over or I'd have been sleeping in my truck!!!! ...

The facilities were a bit rundown but overall OK. The owner and staff, which are family members, were very unfriendly and watching you like a hawk. I was uncomfortable my whole stay.

If you call the hotel directly you get a much better price. The owners were very nice and were readily available for our needs at any time of the day or night. It's in some definite need of renovating but if you don't mind the 'look' of the room's interior, it's not a bad place to stay. The room was clean and had housekeeping service every day. We had a quiet and safe stay for our kids and dogs. The pool is small but clean. The continental breakfast was okay. Fresh bananas, juice, milk, coffee, hard boiled eggs, toast, danish, 2 types of cereal, muffins and a waffle maker. TL;DR : clean and safe. affordable. allows pets. good for a place to stay if you don't care about the fact it looks a little run down. ...

Other than being accused of having a dog with us which was totally untrue. We thought the hotel was fine for our needs.
