Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Elkton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The manager was very professional and well kept and orderly.
Problems with the key working for the room requested.

We needed to get away from the stresses of home for a few hours and just reconnect with each other without interference or distractions(parents with kids, you know what I'm talking about). my woman and i had a wonderful 4 to 5 hours of peace with one another and can't wait to do it again and the kids knew no different.

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel.
Everything, first when we got there the toilet was not clean. There was waste in it.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not very clean. There were spider Webb's in the corners of the ceilings. The linen on the beds were not that good. The bottom sheets were not fitted and were not on the bed good. There were writings o the walls and around the molding the paint was chipping. Even though it was a smoking room the room stink. The carpet was terrible and need cleaning. This place was awful. I will never go back there again or recommend it. ...read more

It's 1950s style, landscaping, fairly friendly manager/owner, value for money.
Manager/owner is never forthcoming with restaurant recommendations!

Quiet, clean, modest, but comfortable, pleasant setting, convenient.

The friendliness of the staff.
I did not like the mattress, mattress cover, unfitted sheets. The mattress needed to be replaced for it constantly shifted.

As a budget hotel, the Knights Inn was OK. It was musty when you first walk in. With air fresheners, it was tolerable. Toilet could have been better cleaned.

I like the location.
It could use an upgrade..

Overall our stay was good. Manager needs to be more honest with their prices and he could be more friendlier. The other staff members are great. We had a great time exploring and dining.
