Knights Inn Hadley

As you can see with my answer to "Was there anything that you did not like about this hotel", there are a few things that need to be done to this place. The fact that I was charged
xxx for 1 night is really high. I feel that the price should really be about
xxx a night but because it was Graduation Weekend for Smith College, they can really increase their prices. The doors also were very squeaky when you opened and closed them. Overall, I would not stay here again. The best things about the place was then beds. They were very comfortable and the staff was helpful when I asked for more towels and help with the tv when we first arrived. The cable cord fell out of the wall late into the evening when we were going to reitre for the night anyway but we had not tv in the am. Think twice about staying here. The room was clean, comfortable and the motel was conveniently located near stores, restaurants and Amherst college where we visited our son. I would stay there again and recommend it to other parents or relatives visitng either of the local colleges.

The room was nice, clean. They didnt clean it or replace towels one night out of three though. The walls were pretty thin so we could hear everything happening in the rooms next to us. But for the price, we really could complain

We were 2 people and one of us was sick we asked if we could have a no smoking she said they were all gone and since there was a mistake about no smoking- we left - she was not nice and we were very angry we left.

The hotel looked updated and was clean and quiet. The bathroom was a little small with no dressing mirror in the common area. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. Overall a good stay, the older TV even worked fine.

Outdated motel, but very clean! Very old TV. Outdoor pool was great, but make sure to get extra towels from front desk. There is also an outdoor grill and eating area. There is Mexican restaurant right next door for food and drinks.
