Location from Downtown Holland.

Dirty and
grungy.

I would not stay at this motel ever again - dirty. Not enough towels and when we asked for more, we were told we could not have any more. The carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty. There was soap stuck in the soap holder in the tub and also on the tub floor. The inside of the bathroom door was dirty, the toilet was dirty. The floor was dirty.

Dirty!

I hated every minute of staying here. There was no hand soap, trash can, clean sheets or even clean bath towels. Plus, the carpet was so oiled down with dirt that I did not remove my shoes. For being non-smoking it stunk!

The showers are awful. The water was cold the whole shower and management would not fix the problem for us.

This is not a hotel for families. There are many regulars that live there and the showers were terrible. There was no hot water for the showers and management would not do anything about the water problem.

Room was not ready no hot water in shower.

Although bathroom toilet was clean, the whole place was falling apart needs lots of repair

Price.

Broken toilet, no alarm clock, thin walls, not enough towels, no free toiletries.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at, the toilet wouldn't flush, there wasn't an alarm clock, no free toiletries, only 2 towels were given, one dingy washcloth and not to mention the paper thin walls which allowed us to hear EVERYTHING that went on in the next room. Beware if you have children.
