No bed bugs, cheap.
Shabby, very poorly maintained, inadequate staff, in the middle of nowhere.

Didn't look bad from the outside but poorly maintained. Obviously, keeping running costs down was the priority. Equal to a below average Motel 6, adequate for one night but glad to leave in the morning. Always thought Wyndham was an upscale brand but not any more.

The cost.

Low price, the room had a bed and a shower and was reasonably clean. Sliding door did not lock. Very poor breakfast.

Did not get the room we reserved. Wi-Fi did not work.

  In general, just OK. mold around the baseboard outside of bathroom. requested king size bed. they had none so we ended up in double beds. could not get the Wi-Fi to work. carpet had large wrinkles in it. caused me to trip several times. breakfast was OK, not much of a selection. they never emptied the trash cans. just let them run over in the floor. coffee in the room was good.

Not enough on breakfast bar.

We reserved non smoking, our rooms were smoking. No soap bars, noisy outside, they couldn't give us non smoking rooms that nite. Next day we had to move to another rooms. Our daughter & family live n Hot springs so we go their often. We need a motel we can go to and expect to get what we receive.

Unclean room, stained sheets, leaky sink.

My wife and I are generally well traveled and always on a tight budget. We knew this hotel was bad when we had to compare it to hostels in Egypt and Indonesia (which by the way go for a couple dollars not good amount plus tax)

Somewhat convenient location.
The carpet was badly stained, the mattress/box springs was stained, dirty.

We literally bought additional linens at local dept. store to cover up very large stains on mattress/box springs. The furnishings were very old and in need of repair.

Far from the "action" of Hot Springs. Blood on the mattress. Disgusting!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had prepaid for 2 nights but were so disgusted that we left as soon as we could--only stayed in that hotel for one night. In the words of my sister, traveling with me, "ew...no."

It was inexpensive and served my needs.
It had a coke machine but nothing for chips/candy/etc but that was okay It was fine overall.
