Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Kirksville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.September 8, 2011

This was a great, old-style motel. No hallway entrance, therefore no running, noisy guests or slamming doors at all hours. The rooms were clean and spacious. The extras (refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, table and chairs, lounge chair) were above and beyond what I expected.

The room smelled musty and was basically outdated. The towels were discolored and I just couldn't bring myself to stay. I immediately left and drove to the next town to another hotel.

If you are looking for something more than a night, I'm sure you can find better at a lower price. If you're only looking for a place to sleep, this is the place.

We felt unsafe because we were located in the back of the hotel where only 2 rooms were taken. We felt unsafe. The towels were yellow and gray stained. The toilets wouldn't flush. The bed was full of stains.

The room was very dingy, the mattress was lumpy, the toilet ran all night long. It was just nasty and I felt like my skin was crawling. I only needed to stay for one night and that was the only room available.

Clean, proprietors
very kind. Nice, quiet except for the sound of forced doors closing. Pool not open yet.

It was a convenient location to visit the college. We just needed an overnight stay, and it was just fine.
