Easy to book. Easy to find. Easy to get to and from downtown. Friendly staff. Great rate for a great room with all necessary amenities.
Not at all.

Great location, price and clean.

The location was great!
When booking my room online I booked a King bed room. Upon check-in we were given a room with 2 double beds. When I asked about this, the receptionist told me that booking online does not guarantee that type of room in which I selected. I've never had thi

The location was amazing as it was right down the street from the Alamodome & Riverwalk. The rooms were clean and neat.

Beautiful rooms with very nice beds. Very clean and the staff very friendly
Very close to the Alamodome but in a rundown neighborhood.

The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff was friendly and the beds very comfy. Walking distance to the Alamodome but would not walk by myself.

Good value, clean, relatively new, refrigerator, bus stop in front of hotel.
Not in the best neighborhood.

Nice and clean budget hotel, 5 minute bus ride to downtown.

Nothing.
Everything. in the ghetto! very limited parking. she has you on the street to park.

Never go here. Unfriendly staff,
When you argue she very nicely asks you to leave. When they run out of parking they make you park on the street. Do not go here. Not professional at all.

I liked that the hotel was small and cozy.
Need more parking spaces.

The hotel is very conveniently located and easy to find. Small, cozy, and quiet ambiance. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Very good amenities (micro, fridge, flat screen TV w/cable) for a 2 to 3 star hotel, at a great price! Very satisfied with this hotel! A hidden treasure! I will definitely return!

Good room facilities, ie fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc and clean. Good bed and spacious.
No restaurant and breakfast very limited for a Continental style breakfast.

Good hotel for short stays. Some distance from town centre but walkable.

Only thing really is that is was clean.
No breakfast, too close to a train, not in a good part of town.

The overall experience was just OK, if you don't mind the loud train at night and open parking in the bad part of town.
