Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Los Angeles Central / Convention Center Area

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The cleanliness was enjoyable
The small parking structure

Schocked. Far exceeded my expectations for the price paid. This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay while we went to a concert at night, including the location to downtown. The room was very clean and I really loved the hard wood floors, carpet can get so dirty, and our room had three beds, perfect for six girls, updated furniture, a fridge, and even our own private balcony. The room also was a really good size, it made six girls live comfortably for about two days and nobody felt too smothered. The staff also was super chill and friendly. I will be staying here again when a place in that area of LA is needed. And all five of my girl friends agree! ...read more

I did not like this hotel, which is worst.

it was close to my event
the maid entered my room when I said not to

Overall, the breakfast was okay, the rooms had no view except the ones facing the street a large wall blocked any view on the opposite side, and the maid entered with out permission.

I didn't like anything.I would never stay again in this hotel.
It was dirty and the stuff was not friendly.

Dirty, unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel..I would not call this building hotel. It's not a one star hotel.

NOTHING!
Bad location, smelly & dirty!

I made a complaint with no compensation. Paid for 2 days & left a day early because me & my family couldn't stay another minute in there. It felt disgusting & dirty, it smelled & the heater didn't work. I will never go through you guys again!!

Very homely and comfortable.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with one other person and we both felt our room was clean and well maintained. We had no problems whatsoever and were very pleased with how much the hotel felt like home. We stayed for two nights here before returning home and I would definitely stay here again.

NOTHING! DO NOT STAY HERE
Bars all around the hotel had to have front desk let you in by unlocking the gate, no air conditioner, very HOT, no internet like add said.

The area was in a very shady area and the nice bars that surrounded the building made us feel unsafe. Had to be let in by the front desk operator. The front lobby had an open bathroom wash area with a microwave beside it, the air conditioner was not working so was very hot, no internet like advertised in the pricline add, the are was unsafe and upon check in when I seen what we had been given refused to stay there. That day we found a hotel for the same amount of money in a SAFE area, had internet, breakfast and close to restaurants and shopping. I WOULD NEVER STAY here and this place should be shut down. They also didn't have the requested beds only a KING. If you value your safety do not stay here. I am still waiting for a refund! Priceline should NOT advertise this place on their site as it gives you a bad name and bad taste in your mouth! ...read more
