Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Pendleton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It had a convenient location.
Bed was as hard as a rock. A.C. Blasted out hot air, when I called the front desk they didn't do anything. When I asked the front desk for pillows they handed me room keys to unoccupied rooms and made me go get them.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! This place is horrible!!!!!!

There were no bed bugs. Excellent location!
It is old, rundown, and rooms are not cean. Too noisy-can hear everyone coming and going.

The Manager was very responsive to my requests. I really hate to say this but the place is really a dump. When I arrived to the room, there was black mold in the mini fridge, hairs in the tub, the sink was dirty. Unfotunately, circmstances were such that I had to stay for a week, so I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean these these things. The maids are obviously not cleaning the rooms. They do as little as possible. It's also very noisy. You can hear everyone coming and going; diesel trucks, cas, converstions, walking, TVs, etc. It is very run down. You can feel the support boards below the carpet; the tile in the shower stall is cracked and chipped. One of the best things about the stay is that there were NO bedbugs. I think if I have to go back again, I will look into finding a different place to stay. I found several other options within that same area that I'll look into next time. ...read more

Can't think of anything
See above

Hotel was very difficult to find. Rooms were rather shabby and dated. Staff was not helpful and at times couldn't find. The breakfast was some off-brand dry cereal, no hot chocolate, no de-caf coffee and the "orange juice" was actually Sunny D orange drink. This was the poorest excuse for breakfast we have found at any motel.

Nothing
Scary dirty. I would not even take my shoes off or use the dirty tub.

Extremely old, dank, in disrepair and smelly. Huge mistake to stay here.

Nothing was good about this place.
Everything was bad.

The sheets were stained and the bed was old.

It was quiet.
It was very old, with out-dated facilities.

If you're looking for economy without glitz, this may be the place for you. Poor lighting, the only outlet by the vanity was too high for me to reach (and I'm 5'5"). The towels were small. The light over the vanity was not bright. Other wise, it was an okay hotel.
