Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Rosenberg
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 15, 2012

The hotel is cheap, but shabby and not very well cleaned. We did see cockroaches. On the plus side, staff is friendly - we asked to change a room and it was done without dirty looks. The pool is one of the attraction. It's fairly big.

Among the worst hotels I've ever been to. The general mildew smell I may have been able to get over, but combined with the exposed outlet, large dead bug on the bed sheet, and clump of hair on the toilet tank, I consider this a horrible hotel. I'm not expecting Ritz Carlton here, but I don't think it's too much to ask to take care of these problems before a guest arrives. Anything positive I have to say about this place would only be speculation, as I did not encounter anything particularly positive. ...

The Knights Inn is one of the older motels in the area and has to price itself lower to be competitive. You can tell the property is older, but it meets all of the qualifications of a decent stay and can't be beat for the price. I only encountered one staff member during my stay, but she was polite and helpful. There is a small convenience store adjacent to the property that is open until 11 pm and again at 5 am, which was nice. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but there was free Internet and easy access to the freeway. Lots of dining options within a mile or two. Definitely recommend to a budget minded traveler!
